This project will feature about 560 mixed units ranging from 350 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft, plus 12 two-storey work/live units accessed from street level.

In the tower portion, a typical floor will span 9,600 square feet with 12 units per floor. Designed as sleek and rectangular, the tower element is expected to be sculpted with an angled balcony design.
