This project is located in the heart of one of Toronto’s most vibrant residential areas, Canary District - Toronto’s first LEED Gold master-planned, mixed-use community, just north of the waterfront and next to both the historic Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market. Canary District offers extra wide, tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly promenades with an incredible selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, galleries, and the GTA's leading Cooper Koo YMCA. Places like El Catrin, Souk Tabule, Tori's Bakeshop, Dark Horse Espresso Bar and Odin Cafe + Bar are just some of the amazing restaurants you can explore.

Living in this vibrant neighbourhood, you'd be just minutes to great dining, shopping, entertainment and nightlife options! In addition, be just steps away to Underpass Park and Corktown Common Park, an 18 acre park connected to 1800 km of trails to be enjoyed. Ryerson University and George Brown College are very easily accessible.

With a Walk Score of 95, everything you need would be situated within easy walking distance. It also boasts a Transit Score of 94, and is within four minutes’ walk of the 503 and 504 streetcar lines on King Street East. In addition, the proposed Downtown Relief Line of the TTC subway is expected to travel through the neighbourhood, and a new GO Transit station is in the works on Cherry Street. The Canary District is also one of the few communities in downtown Toronto with a perfect Biker’s Score of 100. Convenient access to the QEW, Gardiner, DVP, Highway 401 and Highway 404 means easy commuting.
