July 2016 was another record-breaking month for Toronto real estate. Markets throughout the GTA recorded a 14th rise in home prices in 15 months, with a 16.5% year-over-year sale price change. Toronto was also one of four major markets throughout Canada where price gains were higher than the countrywide average increase of 2% - the city's market saw a 3.1% price gain. These are huge stats for a historically slow time in the real estate market!
